food for every one.

One of my favorite things to do is share food and eat in community with people. I believe food is medicine, nourishing our body, mind and spirit. Unfortunately cooking food and accessing fresh food has been a challenge for many disabled people. Over the past few years I have been marinating on the idea of writing a cookbook that is for disabled people, written by disabled people, and organized by how many spoons it takes to make a meal. I’ve shared this idea with friends, neighbors and now it’s finally time to share it with the larger world. In partnership with my soul friend, Anna Foster, we are proud to bring “Measuring Spoons” to life. In order to build out the content we need YOUR help!

You can help in multiple ways: donate to help support the making of the book, sign up to be a recipe tester, fill out a survey or follow along our journey and re-share the work we’re doing. Any and all support is welcomed!

Make it stand out

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
